Santa
Santa is a sensitive little boy who is only now learning how the world works.
After his rescue, he spent weeks curled up inside a kennel dog house because he was so scared. We temporarily took him out of the boarding kennel to provide a calmer, more loving space. Now, one of our volunteers is working closely with him in a home environment to help build his confidence. With patience and care, Santa is beginning to discover the kindness he deserves.
At home he is quiet and calm, loves resting in his safe spots, and day by day he is opening up more towards people. He is cat-friendly and gets on very well with other dogs. Walks are still a little scary for him, but he is slowly improving. A home with a garden would be an ideal environment for him. He is looking for a foster home or a forever family for his second chance.
